IT Business Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Interact with the Clients and Technical Team, via Con-calls & Client meetings, and be accountable for the Project Delivery & Timelines.
• Requirement Gathering: Understand Client’s Business and provide Solutions pertaining to their business needs.
• Proficient in writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Project Plans.
• Client Management: Understand Client’s Business and capture the appropriate requirements.
• Should have experience in handling and generating online leads from different platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn etc)
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems & able to approach related projects
• Confidence working with complex data and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization
• Possess good functional knowledge of Project requirement management & transfer detailed plan to internal team.

• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficient in making Wireframes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Involve in Documentation, Preparing Proposals
• Qualified MBA or related course.
