Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and consultative Product Sales professional who can drive business growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and presenting product solutions effectively.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B product sales, SaaS sales, CRM solutions, marketing automation products, or technology-driven business solutions. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and solution-selling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product sales for business growth and automation platforms.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, digital outreach, and lead generation activities.
• Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions based on business needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and business meetings with prospective clients.
• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, retail businesses, and local business decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and support.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, reports, and CRM updates.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior patterns.
• Contribute towards improving sales strategies, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Sales / SaaS Sales / B2B Sales.
• Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approach.
• Experience selling software products, CRM platforms, loyalty platforms, automation tools, digital marketing products, or technology services will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and business understanding capabilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and business networking.
• Knowledge of local business ecosystem, restaurants, retail, or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
